Standard Products – Return/Refund Policy
We don’t ever compromise on quality and customer satisfaction. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, if 28 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer is also entitled for a refund/return, in the following cases
- Wrong product received by the customer
- Products that have some defects (point no 9 will be applied on it)
- Product damaged in shipping (you can get an exchange free of cost or if you want a refund on this contact us on our given email)
- Product tampers
- Please Note: Change of mind is not applicable.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us.
- The customer sent shipping details with the logistic tracking code.
- 100% money back warranty when the product arrives (in its original condition) as a return to our warehouse.
- If a refund request was made by the customer due to any reason after receiving the order, the customer has to bear the service fee of 20%.
Order Cancellation
Customer can cancel the order before it’s processed (within 24 hours of placing the order). Once the order is processed, cancellation of the order is not possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
When to Expect a Refund?
If you are approved for a refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment.You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
